At WindoWonder, each piece is made to order especially for you. Because every order is printed after purchase, please allow time for production before your item ships.
Order Processing and Production
Orders typically begin production shortly after they are placed. Since our products are made to order, production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the printing partner’s schedule.
Estimated production time: 24-48 hours
Once your order has finished production and ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and carrier availability.
Estimated shipping time after production: 3-5 business days
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery time includes both the time needed to make your item and the time needed for the carrier to deliver it.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location.
From time to time, WindoWonder may offer free shipping promotions. Any active shipping offers will be shown on the website or at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WindoWonder is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@windowonder.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. WindoWonder is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after tracking shows the order has been delivered.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us at hello@windowonder.com, and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@windowonder.com
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged product
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and determine whether your order qualifies for a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
At this time, WindoWonder ships to: United States only
If international shipping becomes available in the future, shipping times, costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary by destination.
