Refund Policy

At WindoWonder, each piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or deciding the item does not fit your space.

We are happy to make things right if your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a production issue.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be approved for:

Damaged items received during shipping
Manufacturing defects
Printing errors
Incorrect item received
Major quality issues with the canvas or frame

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@windowonder.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

Once we review the issue, we will let you know if your order qualifies for a replacement or refund.
